A2.We offer two course programs. The AGRI FRONT course allows you to visit the KUBOTA AGRI FRONT facility for about 30 minutes (excluding the AGRI QUEST experience). The AGRI QUEST course offers a 80-minute experience, including a tour of the Kubota Agri Front facility and participation in the agricultural management game "AGRI QUEST".

About Facility Usage

Q1.How much is the admission fee?
A1.Some areas of the facility, such as the cafe, can be used without a tixket, but if you wish to participate in a course, you will need to purchase a ticket. The AGRI QUEST course, which includes a facility tour and the agricultural management game "AGRI QUEST" for 80 minutes, costs 300 yen. Q4.Can I change or cancel a reservation?
A4.Cancellations are possible. Please cancel your purchased ticket through the "Purchase History" section on the Online ticket website. If you want to make changes, you cannot directly modify the purchased ticket so please cancel the purchased ticket and make a new reservation for your desired date and time. However, please note that cancellations for individuals (up to 19 people) are only allowed until the day before the scheduled visit. For groups of 20 or more, business and educational visits, and school and educational groups, please contact us by replying to the confirmation email you received at the time of reservation. However, cancellations for these groups are only allowed up to 15 days before the reservation date.
Q5.Is there a waiting list for cancellations?
A5.We do not have a waiting list for cancellations. If there are available slots in the course schedule on the day of your visit, you can participate by purchasing on-the-day tickets at the ticket counter.
Q6.Can I leave and re-enter during the visit?
A6.If you participate in a course, as it is a guided tour program, you cannot leave and re-enter during the tour. However, if there is an unavoidable reason (such as feeling unwell), you may exit and re-enter the course. In that case, a staff member will accompany you until you rejoin the tour.
Q7.Can I bring my pet?
A7.Guide dogs, hearing dogs, and assistance dogs are allowed to enter the facility, but pets are not allowed. Please refrain from tying them outside the facility or in the pathways for safety reasons.

A2.Preschool and children up to 3rd grade of elementary school are requested to participate with a guardian. Children from 4th grade and above can participate alone.
Q3.How long is the course duration?
A3.The AGRI FRONT course takes approximately 30 minutes, and the AGRI QUEST course takes approximately 80 minutes.
Q4.Is there a capacity limit for the courses?
A4.The AGRI FRONT course has a capacity of 20 participants, and the AGRI QUEST course has a capacity of 40 participants.
Q5.Is it possible to participate if the capacity limit is exceeded?

About Exhibits facility

Q1.What crops are being cultivated?
A1.As of April 2023, the crops being cultivated are asparagus, strawberries, tomatoes, and leaf lettuce.
Q2.Are there any outdoor exhibits?
A2.There is also a Potager Garden in the exterior area, which is a garden where you can experience the connection between food and agriculture. "Potager" means "kitchen garden" in French.

Q8.Is there a storage area for group belongings?
A8.If you choose to have lunch in the STUDIO, there is a space available for you to leave your belongings except for valuables.
