SCROLL
Concept
An agricultural learning facility to enjoy learning about the appeal and
potential of food and agriculture.
A place to connect with people who dream of a better future for food and agriculture.
The world’s growing population. Global environmental issues.
Japan’s dwindling number of farm workers. Food loss.
Issues concerning food and agriculture such as these are growing increasingly complex and dire.
But food is something we cannot live without.
And the agriculture that produces it is a critical industry and
infrastructure that humanity needs to survive and thrive.
Our goal is to create a place for everyone, from children to adults.
A place where those who work in agriculture, develop technology, and deliver, serve, or even consume food can learn together about food and agriculture.
A place where we can think about how to create a better future for us all.

About KUBOTA
Founded in 1890 under the concept of ‘supporting people’s affluent lifestyles,’ the company succeeded in producing the first domestically-made iron water-supply pipes for the modern water supplies necessary to protect people from infectious diseases such as cholera, which were prevalent in the Meiji era (1868-1912). The company also supplied a variety of products that contributed to society and to people’s daily lives, such as labor-saving agricultural machinery to increase food production, and environmental facilities to help humans live in harmony with the environment.
Under the brand statement “For Earth, For Life,” we will continue to support the future of the earth and its people by taking on the challenge of solving problems in the fields of food, water and environmental by means of superior products, technologies and services.
