Kubota gravity belt thickener is a simple machine using a stainless steel mesh-belt to filtrate and thicken coagulated sludge. This system performs stable thickening without asking much power because it is operated without a compressive process that is adopted in usual thickener with excessive power drive.

- By injecting a polymer coagulant, any sludge can be thickened to more than 4% within 20 - 30 seconds. Separated water in the process is so clear that it can be adopted as a process wash water.

- Kubota Gravity Belt thickener is very easy for O & M works. Because satellite system is very simple comparing to the other thickeners and operational factors are few, and additionally operator can check the condition visibly/directly on site.
